I tried to pay registration on my truck today, but they wouldn't register it with just the VIN, I thought they were desparate for money? I guess they don't need mine! cookoo

Yeah. Ain't this state a hoot!?!?

Can't wait to leave!

Pretty place, but the treehuggers and ultra lefties need to be reeled in. They've ruined it for us normal folks who value freedom and want to live our own lives, relatively unchained.

My TX tags for my '92 was $65 for this next year ;Sweet :D :D

Likewise... just got my renewal in the mail... $63.70. $64.70 if I mail in. (I'll never figger out why they think it costs them an extra dollar to process mail-ins.)

Gotta luv TX...

$155 in PA for weight class 3 (under 10k) plus the state inspect. I'm figuring about $60 for a clean bill of health on that. Fellow BOOB doing the inspect and the stealer uses my day job companie's computer system. I need to make sure I can still get paid to surf!

$165.00 for Goldie. :puke:
$67.00 for the Beef.
That's here in MI and can't figure why the difference as both trucks have the same weight class on the titles. With Goldie being a conversion, the title says nothing of being 4x4. cookoo

I paid more to register a parts car (don't ask cookoo ) than I do for my truck. Although the emission check would make the truck a little more costly.

I recall when we resided there years ago the registration between our truck and one Mustang was more than our insurance premium -cuss -cuss

For all you guys with super low registration, do your states have a separate property tax on your vehicles?
