EBC prewired?

Just wanted to see if my truck has a wiring harness for the electronic brake controller. I looked under the steering column to the left where one EBC manufacturer said it would be, but couldn't find it. I kept prodding around and found the what I'm guessing is the computer. Just to the right of that, directly under the radio/ashtray, there was a square female connection with 4 prongs in it. Is that the ticket or am I fishing in the wrong tank?

Now you have to go buy a special adapter harness to fit the weird Ford plug. They never make it easy or cheap.

Thanks! I just pulled an audible on my plans today, so I won't need the controller or harness. Decided to drive both instead of haul one. Cheaper option for now. A one way ticket back is only $150, hard to compare that with a $2500-3000 trailer. Something in me just wouldn't let me pay more for the trailer than I did for the truck!
