I've got an E99 as well. Smaller everything on the engine (injectors, turbo, etc). Different front axle bits related to mounting/track bar etc. Different rotors/calipers as well. When the wheel hubs need to be swapped most "upgrade" to the L99-03 style as parts are cheaper because they are more common. I've stuck with the standard E99 stuff however.
Just replaced the original coil springs and put new shocks on the front end. Sits about 2 or so inches higher in the front end now. Much more comfortable going over bumps now. Here it is next to my 85 F250.
