So the transmission on my f250 1993 7.3 idi 2wd is shot, I ran it with low fluid due to a leak. So I filled it back up with ATF and now it basically only has reverse, barley propels itself in 1st, won’t shift out of first. What’s my best bet ? Get it rebuilt ? Replace it completely? Sell the truck ?

Professional rebuild runs about $3,000.

I had mine rebuilt in Cass County ( that won't mean much to most of you but @Coltonreece should know). I took mine to a non chain owner run shop called R.A.M.M. Transmission. I had it out and took it to them, with new torque converter upgraded internals it was less than $1500 for 4x4 E4OD ant that included work on the transfer case too. So you should come in cheaper. Another route with more money spent (I would consider if replacing) is a 4R100 with a US Shift Quick 4 stand alone controller. 4R100 is the same case as the E4OD but supposed to be much better durability

Man that's a STEAL
I really thought it was a good deal. Just a small local shop literally a mom and pop shop (just a husband and wife) and so far so good with the transmission. It was cheaper than getting a rebuild kit and doing a terrible job trying to do it myself

If the rest of the truck is in good condition and the truck serves your needs then replace the trans. Or buy another rig and keep this as a parts truck if you have the space.
