Has anyone with an IDI had their truck dyno'ed and what was
your results?
mine was wheel hp 182.5 @2800 RPM 6.3 lbs. boost exh temp 785 degrees
wheel torque 382.6 @ 2000 RPM 6.8 lbs boost exh temp 788 degrees
pump not turned up. Banks down pipe and 4" exhaust with resonator.

i dynoed mine when i was in class and it made 105hp and 210 tq, no turbo or anything, just a stock 87 6.9 with a c6 and 3.55s i believe in the rear

oh and free flowing exhaust.

So does this mean its not as big as a pooch as I thought it was?
After having the timing set fuel economy is 10 mpg pulling 31 foot travel trailer,
up from 8.6 before. Driving empty at 65-70 13 mpg.
Pulls better but not as good as hoped, wish could try pulling with another IDI or powerstroke for comparison.

Darrin put big Ed on the dyno in holland and came up with
183 HP 325 TQ 1st pull no LPG

205HP 362 TQ 2nd with gas:D

I believe the Enterprise turned 201 hp and 387 torque at the rear wheels. Didn't pay any attention to the egt numbers. This was with a 7.3 banks sidewinder (wastegated) straight piped 3.5 inch exhaust - E4OD and 4.11 gears Dually. Pump was massaged a little. No drugs at that time.
