First. I was at a diesel shop and they have a 1995 Ford L8000 with an inline 6 with a HX-40 turbo. Bosch fuel pump. It was dark so i couldnt see much but should this be a DT360 or a cummins.
Second. Im considering swapping a DT360 into my truck. I know a 466 is bigger and badder but i need the swap to be relatively easy and i dont want to do with trying to shoe horn a motor in there when i could be fabricating better parts. How hard would this swap be.
Third. What would be the value of a 1986 6.9/C6/1356 Driveline with 96,000 miles on it. Might need a new IP, pump was never turned up, C6 has the TCI stuff in my signature and it all works great. Truck was also ran on WVO for a while before i got it. No blow by. with the intake off a little smoke comes out of that. Depending on what i need for my swap, the motor would most likely come complete or 99% complete.
