Looks like it should have an early DT466B. Not bad, but will have the older rotary IP. Sounds like it could use a little TLC. But, for $900 bucks, that's good price on a DT466 with a transmission.
You do have to wonder if the condtition of the engine and transmission are very good. If they would let all these problems go (no brakes, start by jumping the soleoid, and so on) what did they neglect in maintainence on the engine/trans?
