Replaced my headliner with new ABS plastic liner with fabric. The plastic backer eliminates the possibility of damage due to moisture and it allows the manufacturer to "coil" the new headliner for damage free shipping. Bought from "Stock Interiors". Excellent product, fit like a glove. They also offer kits allowing re-cover of existing if you decide to keep factory cardboard backing.

So as I've not gotten into this yet, whats there to be aware of when pulling these out?
Anythig easily busted up?
One day when I get time its gunna happen.
I miss the tin lid like my quad cab has.

Any time you mess with the interior, you end up breaking plastic clips and such. Sometimes the old headliner/cardboard sticks to the sunvisor area, and pulling it down will tear the cardboard. Nothing you can't fix with a little duct tape, when you tape it together and then glue the new headliner in place it holds it all together. Be careful with the dome light, you can easily blow the fuse.
