I ship inside the US for free, so if you can arrange to pick it up from a buddy, that will save you some coin. If not I’ll ship to wherever you need it for whatever ups charges ground for a 32 lbs 12x12x12” box. I’ve shipped plenty of times to Canada no issues, even sent my pumps to Australia, New Zealand, Germany, no issues there. But if I ship to Virginia the box shows up beat.

That sounds good. I know there’s a shipping depot at the border that people get stuff shipped to then you just drive and pick it up there. I’m only 3 hrs to the border so not to bad. I will try cleaning things up and getting winter fuel into it. I do have 2 barrels of jet a I was hoping to run in it. I was going to add stanadyne treatment and 2 stroke oil. You think that would be ok

Also, the fact that it's a 1983 and the fuel heater is on the hard line that goes from the lift pump to the filter head makes it impossible to plug off.

The 6.9 trucks (probably including the 87s too) all had this. Vans? Internationals? I'm not sure about them.
