I have a 04 f-550 with the 6.0 I have a code for int low crank sensor voltage. The truck runs like crap, just like the old 7.3 would when the crank sensor went out of them. I would like to replace it but I can't see where its at. I have used my component locator which shows it lower right front of block. I can't see it. Is it behind the a/c compressor or the motor mount bracket. If you guys can offer help I would appreciate it.

correct it is behind the ac comp, the ac comp needs to be removed to access it also look for chaffed wires by the ac bracket.

if you got cohonese, you can get it without removing the A/C compressor ;Poke

and are you 100% sure this is whats causing your issue, i am not saying its impossible, i am just saying there are many other things that ive seen more commonly cause the problem your having on your truck, then the crank sensor, in fact, i never once saw a crank sensor on a 6.0 cause a running problem
