Your computer will need to be programmed. There are some programmers that can do this for you, but I don't know which ones.

03 6.0s do not need to be reprogrammed, and I doubt any dealership will interested reprogramming their ecu to work with what technically are illegal mods... you will need to get the truck tuned or like mentioned before get a programmer, most will do what you need them to do but some of the cheaper ones do not have the reprogram feature. Do some research and find what works for you.

I'll end up getting one. After it is fixed
