Perhaps Typ4 could set up a g-mail account specifically for this, that way it will never fill up.

My reason for suggesting a separate email is so that we can post it on here without fear of his regular email address. being picked up by crawlers on google.

Thanks all I needed a laugh after this week.,and its not over.here is the short list,

monday, 7am, truck at pit with broken rear diff cause some ****** didnt use a new nut on rebuild and stripped it, loading it on lowboy for boss and 3 boards broke from normal rot, tuesday, day of evening brake class, needed for dot cert, boss calls and says the frame broke in half on the KW we use only on the job, I said your ******** me he says nope no joke, send Dan and the welder to get it raedy to load on lowbed.and get the IH serviced that has been sitting for 3 years, mad thrash, new batts full service, tire kick all is well, test drive , power steering hose lets go,fix it. good to go.
made the brake class that was SUPPOSED to be for air brake and ABS which is what I need to learn about, vendor swapped the class night with air disc brakes, dont care about those but now I know all about them cause the cert says so.
Proper clas is wed, sign up, get off phone and look up at the stic cylinder mount on the big excavator and its cracked in half, get up there with the welder and Dan, my IDI bud and coworker who does the welding, andat 8pm we got it ready for today.

Today the quick attach cylinder end falls off of our 490d exc., roll pin left and it ripped the threads out, well it was at the shop so boss calls and says its needed asap, out come the wire feed, welded it on and away it goes with no motor mounts left, so if will be back.
Tomorroow bobcat sweeper has a bad bearing, that should be an easy fix, getting my hopes up .HELL NO. anyway, sorry to rant, being a equipment mechanic is fun and sucks at the same time.
BUT YOU GUYS AND GAL MADE ME LAUGH, THATS WHAT MAKES IT WORTH IT
THANKS

Those are the reasons I quit at equipment tech. Schoolbusses are less demanding. We got spares. Lol
