Russ, maybe I missed something lately, but this is totally confusing:

1) don't we need just one of each gasket?
2) what is that oil cooler adapter, the part the filter itself spins onto?
3) why adapters and seals for 2000-2003 PSD?

I ordered extras, and the orings mustbe the same as powerstroke, I was just posting in case some noob at a dealer couldnt find them.

and yes it is just the gasket for the adapter end.
