Clutch slaves with bleed screws are the cats ass to bleed doing it my way. I've stocked up on the old style just because clutch bleed is such a pain in the ass.
Here is what I do. With the system dry and everything mounted, Put the clutch master cap on loose, to let air out [if you leave the cap off and do it this way, you will squirt fluid all over the engine and hood].
From the bottom side, open the clutch bleed screw, attach a clear poly hose [ace hardware, or home depot has it in bulk length] to the bleed screw, on one end, and over the squirt end of an old fashioned hand oil pump. Fill the cup of the hand oil pump with brake fluid.. pump fluid from the bottom, through the bleed screw, UP to the clutch master. Check the clutch master cup so you don't over fill. When you have the cup about 1/4 full, close the bleed screw, pull off the poly hose, fill the clutch master to the right mark... Your done..
NO air in system.. air likes to travel UP.. not down.. which is why bleeding a clutch is such a pain in the ass... do it from the bottom UP and Bobs yer Unkle.
