If that thing has a 10.25 rear end, and original seals, you won't want to try that in a lot. I had to slice both mine out with a stinking air chisel.
As far as shoes, they aren't bad to work with if you have the proper tools. A set of old fashioned brake spring pliers make short work of fighting brake shoes on, without them, you can spend half a day with a pair of screwdrivers and be lucky to walk away with all of your fingers.
