The white/red tracer should only be hot with the relay on. The relay should only come on when the marker lights are on.

Can we attach pics in PM's?

I should have been more clear , it is the bat. charging solenoid that I need to power. I dont have the factory trailer tow package but the connector it plugs into is on the fenderwell, 1 bat feed thru a fuse link, one switched ign and 2 pass thru to a connector under the dash. The ign one doesnt turn off and on anymore ,just hot all the time

I don't see anything like that in the diagrams but I'll keep digging.

Exekiel69, it's from my a l l d a t a account, I don't want to get in trouble with them. If you guys need info from there I'll post text but pics need to be sent in a non public kind of way. ;Really

thanks krawler, We are heading out the door so I will use any info you find and post the fix asap. The wire did turn off and on before, unless the ign sw is bad but then I would figure other things would be on. I will be into it deep soon the turn sig switch just gave up both detents, I love column work, tilt and cruise.
thanks again

Man I just don't see what you're talking about. I guess this a dealer installed system that just doesn't make it into the book. I've found quite a few holes in the info on this truck, they've never let me down on the 'yota or the Marquis.
