Swapping the C6 out for a T19. They are both 2wd drive. Will the crossmber and driveshaft work?

Cross member may, driveline don't think so. what you can do is measure total length of both units that will give a good ideal. C6 will have a slip yoke on rear and T19 will have U-bolt flange. so still thinking no.
