Figure out the thread size/diameter, get a 3" long bolt that size and take your measurements and these pictures to a machine shop and have them make a bushing that goes on the bolt.

I believe that it is a 7/8" coarse thread.

Finally got it out w two bushings n a washer...bushings need replacement
