The Edge CT/CTS displays a lot of data, so you can forgo some extra-cost gauges.

Then there's this tuner I heard about (the guy that may buy my '95 was talking about it). Anyway, its basically a re-tuned Edge CT/CTS

At 140hp it must be puttin out 220-240fpt!

My stock 1st Gen Cummins put out 400 ft-lbs with only 160 hp.

What I meen is if the chip gives you 140hp it must give you 210-240fpt more

yeah don't waste your money on bulldog or edge. get a custom chip: Dp Tuner,TS,or Power Hungry Performance would be my suggestion. deff get pyro boost and trans temp if its a auto. i'd say do your exhaust and a cold air 1st. if its a auto it would be a good idea to do a bts valve body and a torque converter. just my $.02

So I was checkin out the down pipe's, (from strictly deisel) they hade a stainless one for $120. I'm woundering what the life expectancy is of a steel down pipe? Anybody have any trouble with them?

Unless you live in an area where they use salt on the road in the winter and expect to keep your truck for more than 3 or 4 years, you do not need to waste your money on stainless. The aluminized is perfectly fine at a fraction of the cost.
