Okay riotwarrior I see the way you were looking at it. I was overlooking the broken easy out. I guess we need to here from op and find out if the easy out is indeed stuck in the bolt. I never use those tapered easy outs. They work on fittings but not very often on bolts. The ridgid extractors are a straight cut. They don't expand the bolt and cause it to jam tighter. You should have a helper when drilling that way you will have more of a chance to get it straight on something this critical. Always chase threads after getting broken bolts out.
Yes, tapered extractor and it broke off even with the head bolt. I tried drilling through it and it wont budge.
