WTH , man You hit the mother lode there. PSD on a CC DRW and 4x4 on top of that, that is a lot of goods inside a 90's bricknose. Congratulations, is there a jealous smiley?

LOL...I bet all they guys who offered him a couple hundred bucks less for it thinkin it wouldnt sell hate me too. $140 aint bad for that...maybe all it needs is a u-joint or do these units havr a habit of goin bad?

It's one of those things that if you take it apart you will want to replace everything new.

Another thing I forgot to mention is that he is throwin in 2 brand new dually fenders and it also has the "bronco" rear tank! He says it was like 40 gallons just to fill the rear tank!!

You are now required to drive that rig down to Indiana for the 2013 Rally so I (and the rest of us) can drool over this truck in person. (and maybe knock you in the head and steal it from you......):angel:

It's 7 hours away?? You might want to ask if he already keeps a spare cam position sensor in the glove box ( most PSD owners do ) if not , you might want to grab a spare to carry along. If it just dies suddenly without warning ( not slowly running out of power like a clogged filter ) it's most likely that little critter rearing it's ugly head, without it the injectors go stupid and dont know when to fire. Welcome to the world of electronic diesels :puke:

You may be able to convince me to run this rig to IN if you can find me a smokin deal on a 28-32' 10-15 yr old 5th wheel holiday trailer there! Im in the market for one of those...

It's a 3 wire sensor with a metal tab on it right next to the harmonic balancer on the passenger side of the engine. Check it out when you get a chance. If the sensor is grey with a silver metal piece it is the updated sensor and should be fine. If it's black with a gold metal piece it should be replaced with the grey one.

I'll be working on that one also, hopefully I will be better poised than last year.

Well guys, I got this beast home last night...pics to come very soon! I thought it was an XLT but its a plane jane Custom with power windows that sombody hacked in. The body is a lil rougher then I thought, but still a damn good deal I think. I think Im gonna call er "Brutus" haha. This thing has huge tanks front and rear. The front one took 120L (approx 32 gallons) to fill with 1/4 still left in it. I didnt even attempt the back tank, but it is a custom made tank that he said was around 40 gallons. She run like a champ, ran perfect for the 450 mile trip home. This truck is pretty solid, not one squeek or rattle at all came out of it. Now time to go out and give er the big once over!! Question : Where do I start if I wanted to rig cruise control in?

Have to know what year PSD is for the cruise control. If you don't know, check the serial number of the engine, it's located on drivers side rear next to the oil filter.

The engine is a '95. Can I rig the cruise up on the dash with a couple toggle switches? 1 for on/off and the other a spring loaded for set/accel/decel?
