blowing fuses

i havent got to check the truck yet, but a friend of mine has a 2002 psd with a auto, and it blowes a fuse when he put it in to low1.. the speedo is inop, cluster is inop, and the the power lock start jumping up and down.. any one have had this happen??? im sure the speedo and cluster quits because of the fuse, but wonder why does it blow only in l1???

Mine blew when I pushed the OD off button in. I blew number 45 10amp
