? BAD INJECTION PUMP ? mAyBe HeLp !!!

1992 F-250 7.3 idi 175,000 mi i love my truck but right now it's sick and i don't know whats wrong it starts right up and drives fine but then it happens just out of the blue a sound thats in sink with engine rpm and seems to happen under load and the will go away when you let off the pedal for a second it's not a consant problem but its a problem thats been keeping me from using my truck and making money in fear that it will really break or blow the engine. i am thinking injection pump maybe showing singns of wear but i don't know any help would be great. Thanks

I want to say it is the metering valve getting gummed up, but someone will chime in that will know better.
