Looks to be a relatively complete turbo kit, probably not a bad price if you can pick it up. It's rebuilt and ready to go by the sounds of it.

groove keep your eyes on pyp in westbank, i just grabbed a 088 ats kit from there. and have seen the left over parts from other kits in there.
