Axle from E250 van work in light '83 F250 rear?

Are they the same width?
THis is the non-full floating rear.
Found a 90's E250 van with the same rear in a junk yard. Wants $45 for the left axle shaft.

All Econolines (3/4 ton up) use Dana axles. I believe that your axle is a Sterling axle (my information says 83 up).

A lot of F series rears were Dana 70's in the early/mid 80's. I wouldn't put anything that wasn't a full floater under mine. I know some came with Dana 60/61 semi floaters.
