Aussie bumper

I saw this truck and loved the bumper. I heard its a Aussie bumper but I'm not sure.

It looks like an American bumper to me with the fact that the truck has a CA license plate. Id say any good fab shop could make ya a bumper like that...

real aussie bumpers with full roo bars are just plain beasts, they look nothing like that wimpynear stock job there. With a real aussie bumper , you could bounce deer off the front of your truck all day long with barely a scratch

A real Aussie bumper would have some protrusions downward to prevent animals from lodging underneath your truck. That one is a pretty clean design though.

It shows a strong resemblance to the "Herd" bumpers. Their website only shows bumpers going back to the superduties, but if they are like Ali-Arc they have older model bumpers, you just have to ask them. These bumpers are likely $1800- 2500. The aluminum bumpers are surprising stout and weigh very little more than than the stock bumper.

There's a company in S. Dakota that build bumpers similar to Herd's but the do some for older pickup's. It looks like it could be one of theirs. I should see if I can find it again.
