ATS turbo question

I have a non wastegated 088 ATS turbo. The body is a Garrett, but the tag isn't readable. Is that that that thing a T3 or ?

I want to rebuild thing while the engine is out.

Its a T3/T4 Hybrid. Its actually called a T04E17. I just got my brand shpankin new Garrett CHRA about a week ago. This is the guy to buy your kit from. His includes all the bolts and everything, plus it includes balancing of your wheels.
