Currently have 2 088 ATS turbos. And have been really wanting to put a 9 blade in it. I have family that runs a machine shop that I plan on sending the turbo to make this happen. Just wondering if anyone has found a drop in 9blade turbine that will fit in this turbo or know of any info on trying to make this work.

Funny I just saw this turbo on the idi support facebook page.. Sorry I don't have an answer to your question, maybe time to get a newer kit like the 093?

Check CDDs website - I thought I saw that they had an upgraded compressor for the 088 - might be worth looking into.

Saw something I think would work on eBay for an 093 but I’m not sure enough to order it, not sure the difference in 088 vs 093 other than exhaust housing design

They offer to put in a wicked wheel on the compressor side but I’m after that 9 blade exhaust turbine scream

If you're looking for turbo noise I don't think a 088 is the best place to start... Maybe look at losing the muffler and larger exhaust.

The 088 is just the set up I have and I’m not trying to drop a couple grand on a new set up. This works great just after that obnoxiously loud whistle. Currently running a 3” straight pipe
