Anyone going cross-country? (westbound)

Hello!

I may be buying some engine parts in Maryland that I need to get to California. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, but if someone's going to the Los Angeles area, I have friends and family there as well.

Is there anyone who by chance might be able to help out at all? I'm not in any hurry (and, the purchase isn't finalized yet in any event).

Have you considered shipping them by Greyhound? I haven't shipped this way for a lot of years, but it used to be a good choice for heavy stuff that was too expensive to ship UPS or US Postal Service. They use to have a 70 lb. weight limit, but if they are parts, you could split them up into separate boxes.

I'll be going from Delphos Ohio to Lake Elsinore CA then on to Reno NV in about a couple of weeks. If you have bought the parts and someone can get them to Ohio I'll haul them for you. Pulling a 25' GN, should have room.
