2023 Country-Wide Events

Welcome to 2023.
Third year in a row doing this, time flies.
I was thinking a few changes this year. We aren’t quite big enough or active enough to really break it down by region.

I am also down to travel and meet up for events anywhere in the country really. We have a group of 5-6 people in the mid Atlantic that we do things atleast once or twice a year. Sometimes more. Whether it’s building something or going to an event I’m active every weekend especially once spring hits.

Off-Roading Trips
Junkcar Racing

Initial ideas for anyone that wants to join:
I coordinate an off road trip to Rausch Creek with atleast 5 rigs once a month or more. Anyone is welcome to join.

Wes may be looking to do something this year at the new place.

I’ve never spoken to Justin directly, but I think it would be cool to see his new shop.

That looks like a good time. We go out often but unfortunately other side of country. Me, Miles and Rock were talking today about parts. I spent most of the day at salvage yards. Someone torched this frame off for the IDI.

I think things will be relatively quiet until the spring as builds are finishing up. My one group chat for off roading was reaching out to me about this month and i told them im sitting out for the next month or two making progress on projects.

I have a stock Geo tracker and a sxs for off reading but my truck is only a rwd

Derby is separate of the junk car race.
I’ll let you know next off road trip, we go to Rausch creek. They have a SXS section but it’s separate of its own and doesn’t mix with other vehicles.

This will be the “kickoff” event for us for the year, Hacked and I have been going to this event the past 2 years and Danielle went with us 1 year. It is $10 for showfield parking and it’s free regular parking. I will be parking my 6.0 in showfield parking because it’s funny to see my old man looking truck amongst the jacked up trucks with KFC chicken bucket wheels.

It will be a good time, last year we saw a really cool and well built 80s Lincoln Continental on a 05+ super duty chassis with a 12 valve Cummins paired with a zf6

Once I have more details I will let you know, but this is all I have right now

for the truck show in kempton on april 22nd we will be meeting at the Arbys in Fogelsville at 10 am then leaving the arbys at 10:30 to cruise up to the show togethter as a group. address is 7720 main st fogelsville pa 18051. It is close to rt 78 and turnpike 476 and for those who have CB radios we will use ch19
