YES.
NO. It's low silicate coolant. Silicate is what protects aluminum in the old style antifreeze.
It tells you right here that it's low silicate.

I run the hybrid G-05 in my truck with an aluminum radiator. You have several other choices though.

i would run the valvoline zerex g-05 if i had the aluminum rad or heater core too.

i had this same issue when choosing which coolant to use with my new allum rad. i ended up with the zerex g05. it specifically says on the bottle that it is premixed with sca's and the chemical that protects the alluminum.
