Another simple question about shocks

I'm just about in position to replace my completely worn shocks but I need to make sure I get the right ones, of course.
Naturally I'm getting Bilsteins.

I got part references already but I want to confirm the correct rear shocks.
The part I have reference for is
Bilstein Rear 24-016186
However, as you can see here:

You must be registered for see images

Rockauto says they are for rear 4wd, front coil springs. My F250 has the D50 with the reverse leaf springs.

Are these the right rear shocks for my truck?

So I would say those are the correct ones.....
