But it looks like this ebay company is just a liquidator so they probably bought out stock from a failed company or something and listed it not knowing what this stuff is... Look at the other items

Yea I did too. I have serious doubts about their application list. S Series trucks have much larger filters. Consequently, one has to wonder if this is an E-series or F-series filter at that.

E-series/F-series both same filters....

Not necessarily true! I know for a fact that one is taller than the other. However, I can't confirm that was the case for all model years.
