I also have problems with air intrusion sinse replacing my injectors. I installed new o-rings hoses and clamps. some of the caps did not "snap" on when I installed them.I recently read a thread where someone mentioned installing an old O ring on top of the cap and then tighten on down the injector line. Is this a possible fix for this situation?. also wanted to add olives were replaced and small leak at fuel filter "fixed".---Rob

Apparently it's very easy for the o-rings to be cut/torn by the cap during installation. A lot of people recommend using some sort of lube during the install. Make sure nothing else on the filter base is leaking. Like the fuel heater, restriction sensor, and shrader valve. If you have a vac pump and gauge you could take those off and test them, but absolutely not required. And also did you replace the injector caps? Or reuse your old ones?
