Ok guys 94 f350 7.3 non turbo. 136k Has new Motorcraft glow plugs. New fuel filter. New return lines and o rings. Had air in the fuel but replaced the line and most of the problems went away. Still having some issues tho. Not sure what it is so thought I'd ask. It used to start up very easy like it should. But since we fixed the fuel line it takes a little bit longer to start. Smokes very very little white on start up but doesn't smoke when driven. When it's cold and on high idle it's gets really lopey. When it warms up and kicks down it idles fine. Starts back up fine when warm as well. There is only about a foot of stock fuel line left from the tank to where we ran new. Do these problems sound like we could be getting a small amount of air in the fuel? It's still got the stock ip and 7 stock injectors.. could the ip be going bad? just looking for some info on what could be wrong with the truck.
