Nope. Pulled it all at once.
Have to kinda twist and angle it to get it out, iirc.
If you drop the main accessory bracket that holds the ac, power steering, etc you get a closer shot at the bolts on the front header.

To me leaving the front header on the engine and not replacing the gasket is half a$$ing the job.

The oil cooler reseal is coming not a moment too soon. This is from starting it up this morning and moving it into the shop.

I used a ratchet strap to "press/pull" mine back together. Also put assembly lube on the orings.

I have two of the three thermostat bolts loose. That third one might be a real issue. I've had both a socket and the box end of a wretch round off and the head may be totally rounded, but I'm not sure out is completely just yet.

Nope, worked the ratchet into a good angle and got that one started. Front one on the driver side

Tried a different socket on it and it's not slipping but the bolt isn't moving either, lol. Have it soaking up PB blaster right now. It has a good bit of corrosion around it as well.

Ah, that front one I think goes through aka open to the elements. You may just have to take one in to the hardware store. Lol

I've no idea how you wiggled that whole oil cooler out without removing/ moving anything. I've been at it for 40 minutes and no luck. It seems close but no dice
