I don't have them but have heard the only benefit is a lighter wallet unless you are trying to make crazy power.

the only thing thats upgraded on mine is a turbo center section with a billet wheel.
wont even put a chip in it.
call me crazy, but i need this thing to last.
a bolt on like that plentum, if it gave any power gains id be for it..
my wallet is light enough due to my IDI
then ill be building a new engine for the 01
