Added some cruising range

Well, I should to be able to cover some ground using my super cheap fuel now. I added a 100 gallon in bed tank. So with roughly 140 gallons on board between all 3 tanks, I should be able to cover almost 2400 miles round trip if I can average 17mpg.

Gotta love those small tanks So did ya plumb it up as another tank or did you plumb it up as a refill tank?

It’s an EBay special. Made of really thick plastic. I’m not sure what its original purpose is. The best guess I’ve heard so far is a school bus fuel tank. But I really don’t know.

Its not totally plumbed yet, but I’m going to set it up to refill my rear tank. I’m hoping to be able to flip a switch in the cab that will open a solenoid and fill the rear tank while I motor down the road. :Sly

It may cost you some of that 17mpg to haul full tanks around. Should get better the closer to empty you get..
