I just purchased a used tough country bumper for a 99 Ford f250. Has anyone tried to fit a 99 brushguard onto a older 89 Ford? How much difference in width and mounting is there between the two body styles?

Mounting brackets are different. I went the other way. I picked up a winch bumper from an 87 and popped it on my 92 . I had to fabricate some brackets to make it work. Frame rails come out in about the same place but different mounting setup completely.
