93 factory turbo E4OD needs power, for a friend

My buddy needs a touch more go from his truck, nothing crazy, just reliable power, just reliable power. I gave a generic down pipe, exhaust, intake , EGT but if I can pass along specific details he would appreciate

Need more info on his truck such as how many miles on the IP and injectors? If they have over 100K on them a remaned IP and new BB code injectors will definitely add some new life to it. Get rid of the crap factory downpipe and get one from Banks. Part number 52103, it's not on their website so he'll have to call them. It's about $120 shipped. Or he could modify a 94-97 PSD downpipe to fit his truck. Straight thru 4" exhaust from the new downpipe back. Make sure his air filter is clean. If he has a pyrometer, turn the injector pump up 2 or 3 flats. Shorten the waste gate actuator rod up about 15 or so turns to add a little boost, get a boost gauge if he don't have one so he'll know his boost pressure.
