well, i decided to spend today on another project.
this is my first time messin with fiberglass, so dont laugh too much at me,
altho i dont know how this is going to turn out, i really wanted to mess with it.
i decided to do an overhead compartment.
i plan on putting my EQ, and maybe some gauges.
figgured i may as well take advantage while the windsheild is out....

Ya resin stinks to high heaven, you need a respirator when working with that evil shtuff. Not a bad job on the layup, you will be pleasantly surprised once you sand and gelcoat it. I like the project.

Glad you're enjoying it! I'm havin a lot of fun building it!
Windows getting installed right meow!
Going to pick up some scrim for the overhead compartment soon and wrap it and get the damned thing installed today!
Then hopefully install my stereo and interior.

I take it you don't need that pedal?
If you want any more specific pics, let me know.
I was lookin on POWERSTROKE.org yesterday and found a 6 door centurion bronco, was pretty badass. Was in the 94.5-98 PSD PEFORMANCE forum.

man i missed driving this thing!
purchased some cheap carpet, pretty much indoor/outdoor carpet.
its not moldable, but im sure i can get it to work.
50 bucks got the carpet and glue.
going to glue the carpet down on the sound deadener.
the truck developed a nasty squeal. sounds like its coming from either the idler pulley or the tensioner, both of which are bran new.

took me 5 years at a $1000 a year. not too bad for a completely insulated, wired, lighted, and plumbing for pnumatics.
220 and 120! lots of time, but the fruits of my labor paid off! its not super big, just enough room to store my hotrod,
and work on 1 project at a time. perfect for me. gonna build a guest house for when my parents come and visit, and then a huge car port!

shes coming together folks!!!!!

i got all the wires cleaned up.
stereo components installed,
sound proofing started.
took me forever to wire this lill sucker..
2 amps, 2 highs, 2 mids, 2 alpine 10" subs and 2 4 ways ready to blast down the block.
all having sound being routed through them via a 7 band EQ, , a bluetooth receiver
all from my phone. no deck, no visable stereo when complete!

i picked up some 2004-ish ford excape seats, i dont really care for them, but perhaps they will grow on me.
50 bucks, i couldnt pass it up!!

these seats are 75% mounted USING STOCK BOLT HOLES FROM FORD!
for the inside front, the problematic spot, i will be using a 1/2" plate that will be drilled, tapped, then welded to the floor.
i should never have a problem with this...

i used 1x 2 box tubing, with holes drilled for the left rear seat bolt, and the seatbelt bolt.
i will not be needing the seatbelt bolt, because the seat has a belt incorporated into it.
its not the right catch for our fords, but this is easily remedy'd ill do that tomorrow, i ran out of time.

the front mounts, i welded another piece of 1 x 2 box tubing, and used the feet i cut off for a mount as you can see.
