83 6.9 cdr valve relocation

Reading through some of these responses and my co worker has a first gen cummins with a draft tube I may go that route and put the cdr in the valve cover. We'll see how that goes. Still have alot of little parts I need to buy

That works, but after so many you don't feel like doing any more work. And what you do get done is shotty.... And on that note I think I'm done for the night myself.

Yup. Class A tractors have ones that bolt to the oil pan (they call RDT's "slobbers") that are baffled and vented. My idea is to make a baffled can and mount it behind the cab so there's no oil smell inside, oil misting underbody or reports of "your truck is on fire!" from the normies that just don't know.
Did you end up doing this?
