All 8 of my glowplugs are bad. I also dont get any wait to start or glowplug light or hear clicking on and off. Are these related or do I also have a bad relay or controller?

This year of truck has a poorly designed glow plug controller system, mine is the same year but has so far been dependable. I think your controller probably stuck on at one point and burned out your glow plugs and now if it wont do anything at all, you either have a dead controller or it is not getting power to it at all.
You can update to the late model controller or just install a manual push button switch to the glow plug relay which is mounted on the pass side fender behind the battery.
