7.3 Swap?

hey guys i got a 96 f250 with a 351 i wanna switch it to a 7.3 is it worth the hassle i have a hoist and all the tools for the job just wanna know if any one has pics or a thread towards this thanks for your help

auto or 5-speed?

first you will need a complete parts truck.you need every piece of wiring from under the dash and under the hood including the headlight harness.i could be wrong but i think you might need to swap out the main crossmember where the motor mounts are but not sure.if your truck has AC and you plan on keeping it you will need a parts truck that has AC since ford didnt include the AC wiring in the non-AC wiring harnesses.honestly i think youd be better off selling what you have and finding a truck that has the psd in it

with the tools and place to do it,shouldnt take more than a week or 2 for the average joe shmoe
