7.3 idi turbo whistle

Where is the whistle coming from? I installed a Banks Sidewinder kit on my '91 F350 7.3 IDI, and hear a whistle in the exhaust at idle, but that's all. The Sidewinder produces zero boost at idle, as designed.

I have a 93 with a Banks. Even under load at 10 lbs boost I don't hear it over the engine from the driver's seat... but my high frequency hearing sucks so that may be part of it.

As a kid, I remeber I could hear the one on my step Dad's 88 F350 SuperCab with an ATS Turbo, if I was in the back seat, but it wasn't load at all, just talking would drown out the sound.
