I have searched and found that the recommended solution to tips broken off in the holes are to remove the head. How about a different approach that is outside the box. I remove the six glow plugs that do come out and use a bolt to plug the respective glow plug holes. The remaining two glow plugs remove leaving the two broken tips. Now come the experimental part. Start the engine using starting fluid with the hopes that it blow the broken tips out of the glow plug holes. The tips have only one direction to travel when combustion occurs. What do you men think, is it, good or bad.
