$90 to update PCM to full OBDII. Not bad to be able to fully use the diagnostic functions that come with it. These trucks are to the age now gremlins are popping up and the more help diagnosing the better. Added the link below to one place that updates the earlier PCM’s. I’d assume that it’s a newer flash with other updates to the overall engine control parameters as they tweaked them.
