Okay. I just replaced the glow plugs and it has a good gp relay on it. it fires right up when its cold out, but after ive been running her for a little, she wont fire. just cranks and cranks. it acts like it wants to start but never catches. gps are just two days old. i was thinking maybe fuel pressure?? first diesel. had it for about two months now. any help is greatly appreciated. thanks.

The injection pump is bad run it then shut it off and poor water over the injection pump and it will pry start up once it cools down.

Sounds like a bad pump to me. You could check the fuel supply solenoid for grins. Mine did the same thing when it died.
