My best guess on a "like kit" would be:
92 Up E-Series, I would use a harness for a 92+ OBS F-Series
91 Down E-Series, I would use a harness for an 80-86 Bullnose F-Series.
My reasoning, the 92+ body style van is similar in design, (and was more than likely being designed at the same time) as the 92+ OBS pickups. The 91 and Earlier F-Series was designed in the late 60's/early 70's and was released in 1974. They still used the "older design" components through 91, such as using glass, sealed beam headlights, and the round glass fuses in the fuse box. Ford used the same basic design on the E-Series, from 74-91 with only minor changes over the years. This is one reason vans still used the same instrument cluster through 91 that was in the 73-79 F-Series.
We have owned a 73, 83, 88, 89 and 92 F-Series truck, and an 85 and 94 E-Series van, and you can see the design similarities between the different years, and where the van gets it's designs from.
