I have a 1994 E-350 7.3L IDI V8 Diesel shuttle bus and I need to replace the radiator. I figure it will be cheaper to just buy a new radiator rather than have mine repaired (there are multiple leaks that would need to be welded). Does anyone have any recommendations?

I see the AGILITY 8011457 on RockAuto for $562.79 and the LILAND GLOBAL 1457AA on RockAuto for $631.79 but I'm not sure which one is better or if there are other options I should consider. Thanks!

Check Summit Racing and Amazon too.
Thanks! I've checked Amazon before but their "confirmed fit" doesn't even come close to fitting my vehicle. Do you have any brand recommendations? The lack of reviews on all of these is less than ideal so I'm hoping someone has some sort of recommendation. I've seen Champion mentioned a lot but they don't make radiators that fit the 1994 E350 as far as I can tell.

Before making my post I read the stickies and the only post that seems to apply to me is the Newbies thread. I read that and also looked through every page of the IDI Tech Article section and I didn't come across a single post about radiators.

I also tried to use the search but the only posts I've found related to the 1994s resulted in people getting the radiator re-cored/repaired.

Perhaps you can help point me in the right direction?

You must be registered for see images attach

Mind you only the first 2 made the screenshot

It's an epa thing finding a qualified rad shop.
I boiled mine at home cuz California.

I'll drop a company name once I dig it up who make copper/brass ones you're going to need to sit down tho.

That's a screenshot of my post followed by a 1993 post. Also the 1993 post recommends either re-coring/repairing, or getting a Champion radiator (which doesn't fit).

Edit since you edited your post after only posting the screenshot: I'm hoping to just buy a new radiator rather than repair the existing one. It's had much better days, so I think replacing it is the better option if possible. Thanks ahead of time for the company suggestion, hopefully that can point me in the right direction.

I got a no name aluminum rad from eBay few years ago for my truck. It was like $180 shipped and has worked fine. I purchased it based on dimensions given on the listing from what I recall.

This post may help it seems a lot of compat info and part numbers are mentioned. Good luck

No, I dont saddle up to any brand. Price-point is my main consideration.

Read descriptions/measurements carefully, study product pics. Cross check part #'s for proper application.

I think that the biggest issue here is that vans use a different radiator than the trucks do. That's why people have a hard time finding them these days. Radiators may fit our trucks just fine, but not a van. It may come down to a high dollar radiator or a high dollar recore.

It was Not a cost cutting experience

Last time I got a quote to recore a brass radiator I was quoted $1200 for a truck 3 core. I'd suggest keep looking for a cheaper alternative.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. Unfortunately none of the truck radiator suggestions will work on my van.

I took measurements and it's crazy how inaccurate many websites are when it comes to parts that "fit". I was only able to find 3 radiator options that actually fit, even though all of these sites recommend over 20 different radiators that don't actually fit. I'll break down my findings for anyone who needs this information in the future. The shipping prices obviously depend on where you live so your mileage may vary there. Make sure to calculate the shipping costs for yourself.

APDI/AGILITY 8011457 - Aluminum - Amazon

$562.29 total

APDI/AGILITY 8011457 - Aluminum - Walmart

LILAND GLOBAL 1457AA - Aluminum - RockAuto
$631.79 base

APDI/AGILITY 8011457 - Aluminum - RockAuto

$723.78 total

Summit Racing SUM-382075 - Copper/Brass - SummitRacing
$768.99 base

I decided to go with the APDI/AGILITY 8011457. I wasn't able to find reviews for these exact models but I saw more positive reviews online for Agility than Liland. Given that the price point was better and had better reviews it was an easy decision for me. I guess we'll see how it actually fits in person and only time will tell how long it actually lasts me.
